A Hollywood Hound Pentathlete rosette and awards are offered for the dog scoring the highest across five of the six offered venues. The National Specialty (sweepstakes class is not eligible) and lure coursing must be included as part of the five venues, with Obedience, Rally- Obedience,
Straight Racing, or Oval Racing comprising the other three scores. Indication must be made on the dog's Entry Form that it is entering this competition.

Entry forms must be marked that a dog is entered in any or all of the above competitions.

The dog's best scores across the venues will be tabulated. A dog entering the triathlon may enter both straight racing & ovals, their best three scores will be used. The same for the pentathlon, the dog's best five scores will be used, there are six possible venues.

The "National Specialty" conformation process will be determined in a separate judging class and does not require an entry fee. Example: All dogs entered in the competition will enter the ring together and the conformation judge will assign number placements for each dog with #1 being the closest to the breed standard and continuing until all dogs have been ranked with a number.

Prado Regional Park is a one-stop recreational paradise located in the Chino Valley basin where San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles Counties connect. The name Prado is derived from California's early Spanish days when the countryside was known as a "prado" or meadow.

This park is loaded with outdoor recreation and adventure offering: Fishing, camping, hiking, biking and nature trails, disc golf and outstanding picnic facilities. A unique feature of Prado is that it has a meeting room that seats 80 people and is ideal for club meetings, parties and receptions.

Around the park there are even more activities to take advantage of -- two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic shooting range, horseback riding, and archery are just some of the added adventures you could enjoy at Prado Regional Park!
